Frequently asked questions

When do I get paid?
Automatic payout on the 1st of each month via Stripe Connect. Minimum threshold: $25. Below that, balance rolls over to the next month.
What if my referral asks for a refund?
Cetona offers a 7-day guarantee. If refunded within that window, commission is not paid. Beyond, it's yours and stays recurring.
How long is the cookie?
60 days. If someone clicks your link and buys within 60 days (even from another device), the conversion is attributed to you.
Is there a minimum sales requirement?
No. You can make 1 sale per month or 100, the program stays open as long as sales are organic (no spam, no self-purchases).
Why a 40% bonus for the first 50?
