1. Purpose
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Cetona service, accessible at cetona.app and its mobile applications. By using Cetona, you agree to these Terms without reservation.
2. Service Description
Cetona is a personalized ketogenic meal planning platform powered by artificial intelligence. The service includes: • An onboarding quiz to define your profile • Generation of a 7-day meal plan adapted to your goals, restrictions and culinary culture • Macronutrient tracking • An automatic shopping list • Premium features available via subscription
3. Medical Disclaimer
Cetona is a dietary planning tool. It does NOT replace medical advice. • Generated plans are for informational and educational purposes • Consult a doctor or nutritionist before any dietary changes • If you have diabetes, heart or kidney issues, or are pregnant, medical supervision is essential • Cetona is not responsible for consequences of applying generated plans without medical supervision
4. Registration and Account
• You must be at least 16 years old to use Cetona • Information provided must be accurate and up to date • You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials • An account may only be used by one person
5. Subscription and Payment
• Cetona offers a paid subscription (monthly or annual) • Payments are processed securely by Stripe • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled beforehand • You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account • Displayed prices include applicable taxes in your region • Promotional codes are single-use and non-cumulative
6. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with European legislation, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of subscription. Your subscription can be cancelled at any time from your account settings. No charges after cancellation.
7. Intellectual Property
• All Cetona content (text, design, recipes, algorithms, code) is protected by copyright • Meal plans generated for you are for personal use only • Any reproduction, redistribution or resale of content is prohibited • The name "Cetona", logo and design are Cetona trademarks
8. AI-Generated Content
Meal plans and recipes are generated by artificial intelligence (Anthropic API / Claude). As a result: • Generated content may contain inaccuracies • Nutritional values are estimates • Cetona continuously improves generation quality • If you have allergies, always verify ingredients before consumption
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: • Use the service for illegal purposes • Attempt to access other users’ data • Circumvent security measures or service limitations • Resell or redistribute generated plans • Use automated bots or scripts to access the service
10. Limitation of Liability
Cetona provides the service "as is". We do not guarantee: • Achievement of specific results (weight loss, health improvement) • Continuous and uninterrupted availability of the service • Absolute accuracy of nutritional information Cetona’s liability is limited to the amount of your subscription.
11. Termination
• You may cancel your subscription at any time • Cetona reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms • Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of the paid period
12. Applicable Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by French law. In case of disputes, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, the competent courts of Paris shall have jurisdiction.
